COREMED TERMS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoreMed (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website (coremed.co.za), platform, and all related services. By accessing or using CoreMed, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES
CoreMed provides a digital platform that facilitates healthcare-related services, including but not limited to: Submission and management of user information Administrative tools for healthcare workflows Communication between users, professionals, and administrators CoreMed does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY
By using CoreMed, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements The information you provide is accurate and complete

4. USER ACCOUNTS
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials Be responsible for all activity under your account Notify CoreMed immediately of any unauthorized access CoreMed reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where necessary.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to: Use the platform for unlawful purposes Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data Interfere with the operation or security of the platform Upload harmful code, malware, or disruptive content

6. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
CoreMed is a technology platform and does not provide medical advice. Any information provided through the platform is for administrative or informational purposes only Users must consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment Reliance on any information provided through CoreMed is at your own risk

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, systems, designs, and materials on CoreMed are the property of CoreMed or its licensors. You may not: Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code Use CoreMed branding without prior written consent

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide continuous access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. CoreMed may: Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform Perform maintenance or updates without prior notice

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreMed shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities Any reliance placed on platform content or services Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold CoreMed harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from: Your use of the platform Your breach of these Terms Any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

11. TERMINATION
CoreMed reserves the right to: Suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time Remove content or restrict functionality where necessary Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

CoreMed may integrate or interact with third-party services. We are not responsible for: The performance or availability of third-party services Their terms, policies, or practices

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS
CoreMed may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
